Please vizit the web–site of our partners the TV Foundation in order to fill your Application form and get accreditation for the Web Festival Albena 2004.

Financial conditions
- The fee for one site applied for is 100 EURO
- For each subsequently applied for site the fee is 50 EURO
The deadline for the submission of applications for participation is 15th May 2004
The Awards
The awards of the International Web Festival Albena 2004 will be presented early in the morning on 6th June. The Grand Prize of the Second International Web Festival Albena 2004 - Golden Umbrella, will be presented later the same day at the official ceremony, played on-air by the national bTV.
- In each category three sites will be awarded for first, second and third place
- The winner in each category will be awarded with the Special Honorary Award — Placket
- The winners of second and third prizes will be presented with Certificate
- The jury will present one site with the Grand Prize of the Second International Web Festival Albena 2004 — Golden Umbrella — symbol of the TV World Festival
Conditions for Participation
- Fill in and send us an application form with a resume in English for your web–site and information about the creative team
- All web–sites that have Bulgarian and/or English version are most welcome to participate
- It is obligatory that the web-sites will be working during the Festival period. In the application form, please send us a link to your site
- One site can only participate in one category
- Filling up the application form one declares that he has the permition of the site owner to present the web–site at the Web Festival
No right to participate at the Web festival will have:
- Web–sites that violate human rights
- Web–sites that have or spread information or other materials with no rights over them
- Web–sites that violate some local or International laws
- Web–sites that are against the under age children rights
- Web–sites, spreading software viruses or codes, which have the aim to destroy or damage software and hardware
